Fall into Shakeology

Perfect for this time of year...two of my new favorite versions of Shakeology....


Apple Pie

1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup ice (add more to taste)


Place applesauce, cinnamon, Shakeology, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Pumpkin Spice
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin

1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup skim milk
Ice

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
